CONGRATULATIONS TO THE FOLLOWING PLAYERS ON BOB GRAZIANO'S TEAM
Devon Graziano, 17 years old, is a senior at Ridgewood High School. He made All Conference in the Suncoast Athletic Conference as a Midfielder. He ranked 30th in the State in scoring as a center mid and 13th in the State scoring as a defender.
Devon has played for WPFC and now Everton for the past 8 years. He holds a 4.2 GPA and is an AP Honor Student. He was voted co-captain of the Ridgewood High School Soccer team as a junior and again this year as a senior.
Chris Mendes, 17 years old, plays with Devon both at Everton FC Pasco and Ridgewood High School. Chris also plays center mid and is an AP Honor Student with a 4.0 GPA.
Chris has played for WPFC and now Everton for the past 4 years.
They have been co-captains for Ridgewood High School as juniors and this year as seniors. They are a great tandem at the center midfield position.
Amazingly, both players share the same birthday: October 27, 1992.
We are very proud to have them represent our Club.
CALLING ALL U9 and U10 Recreational / Competitive players:
Starting June 22, Tuesday, if your birthday is between August 1, 2000 and July 31, 2003; Come out and meet Lizzie and Lauren on Tuesday nights from 6:00 to 7:15. Girls will learn new skills, play games and have fun! We are looking to add players to our Academy U9 and U10 girls' program - - so come try it out and see if you are ready for a more challenging environment this summer. Here is a true fact: Academy players get just as much play time during games as in the recreational program - - it is considered a developmental program where kids have fun. The difference? Great trainers and better game competition. If you have questions, please email Lizzie Seedhouse at jane.seedhouse@email.saintleo.edu

To Parents and Players:
I trust you all had a good summer and would like to welcome back both players and parents alike, to the start of another Soccer season at Everton FC Pasco!
As you might have noticed the clubs new livery is Blue which is the color of Everton Football Club, which is a part of the "Barclays English Premier League". This partnership brings a wealth of attractions for our club and the prestige of belonging to a club that was formed in 1878! This will be discussed at a later stage.
This change has also affiliated us with Everton Pinellas, who are another member of the overseas club. This is not a merger, but opens up all sorts of possibilities of coalition teams for hybrid tournaments and training opportunities. It in reality gives us great numbers and if we count the teams between the two clubs, makes us one of the biggest outfits in Tampa Bay!
As far as Everton FC Pasco goes, there have been subtle changes already and you will see more along the way, as we strive for excellence. Change is always tough, but if for the betterment of the club then worthwhile process.
A bigger presence by the Directors on the training field will be evident, offering sessions and guidance for our teams / coaches and game day appearances is something I am a firm believer in and have made a pre-requisite in my 16 years as a DOC. This is one of the reasons that I do not take of my own, as this is time consuming and takes away from all the other teams within the club.
I have been impressed by the standard of both coaching and commitment from the current staff and will be working closely with them as we move along the way. There are some new coaches that have been introduced into the club thus strengthening the staff even more so and pushing the level of coaching to the next level.
I truly believe that Everton FC Pasco can be a leader in the development of youth players within the greater Tampa Bay area and look forward to working with you both now and in the future!

Post Tryout Update!
After a hectic week of tryouts and countless hours spent on the fields, I think it fair to say we had an excellent turnout. In a recession fueled economy we have held the numbers that we had hoped for and increased the quality of what we have. Not only from a player standpoint, but from a Coaching perspective as well. Many new faces were evident as we strive for excellence both on and off the field.
An array of Coaches from the world of College soccer and beyond donned to blue of Everton for the first time last week. We will of course have a better idea of numbers as we start to form our teams. A big turnout in U-14 Boys has made 3 teams a possibility for this coming season! This at best is one of the most difficult age brackets due to burnout, so we as a club are thrilled we are able to field this amount of teams. The biggest thrill for me was to witness Coaches helping Coaches, of which fostered a great feeling of camaraderie, both on and off the field at one of the most demanding times of the year. I commend them for their dedication to the cause. This of course omens well for the future health of the club as we press forward in our quest to be the best.
On closing....I would like to thank all the unsung heroes who spent countless hours in the back room making this all possible. As, without them, none of this is possible. Have a great summer and see you on the fields in the Fall.

West Pasco and Everton Florida competitive partner up under the Everton Premiere League. Gone is the red and black of West Pasco competitive teams. Instead expect to see lots of royal blue and white around the club. We are really excited about this affiliation as it brings over thirty teams to the Everton way. Executive Director, Tony Paris, is looking to build the Everton FL name throughout Florida.
Together we will be able to:Train players in the Everton Way philosophy
Develop a soccer alliance in the Tampa Bay area that allows us to pool talent for high quality tournaments.
Give more players the opportunity to train with the Everton UK trainers when they visit the United States.
Send more players / teams to train with the Everton Academy in the UK

This format is a good warm up for Junior teams as they prepare for their regular pre USA season games or similar. This event is open to all clubs within the greater Tampa Bay area fulfilling our promise of "Soccer for all players." This League helps fill the void between pre-season and the regular season.

Standings will be kept on all games. This will be a US Club soccer sanctioned event with all teams requiring registration. There is a small charge. The FASL cost per player to participate is $10.00. Each club will be required to post a refundable $350.00 performance bond. This will be returned on successful completion of all games being played on their schedule.
