| What is it? |
TOPSoccer is a soccer program for all special needs children from ages 4-18. |
| Who can participate? |
Any child with a physical or mental handicap is invited to participate. |
| When is it? |
The program will begin February 20, 2010 and will take place on Sunday afternoons from 3:00 to 4:30 pm. |
| Where is it? |
All sessions will be held at Mitchell Field on Little Road. |
| What does it cost? |
There will be no cost to participants. |
